Joy Ministry members take part in fellowship events, travel and outreach ministries all during the calendar year and many of the members are Sunday School teachers and chairpersons of ministry teams.

Joy Ministry holds special banquets for the group during the holiday seasons such as Christmas, Easter, Valentines and July Fourth and is instrumental in making sure that those who cannot attend services due to health problems etc. are visited on a regular basis and that any needs that they might have are taken care of. Members are truly an example to the younger members of how Christ wants his people to be. They are a vital part of the body of Christ here at Bethany Baptist. If you are 50 years or better we invite you to take part in this great ministry.
